Being mindful and staying Trauma Informed - making sure you ar using language that is inclusive and thoughtful are a must! Always consider you AVATAR- AUDIENCE- I LOVE YOU - LIFE LONG LEARNERS lifestyle, but currently Early morning or weekends are the most popular, but play with it, pole or survey your students and ask them what works best for them.

• Consumers (your students) -are looking for comprehensive wellness solutions that address mind, body, and spirit. They want to do LIFE with you, and they want to know they are safe to explore what that looks like without judgement or fear.
