Happy September

Hiya Friends,

Happy September to you and yours. As the season's begin to change and the leaves start to fall. I am so reminded of the beauty of change.

Change in seasons

Change in direction

Change in life

but most of all the absolute incredible opportunity we have every day to change the way we look at things.

It is true that change is the one constant, but it is also true that we always have  a choice.

A choice to grow

A choice to embrace it

A choice to see opportunity in every obstacle

and a choice to rise from where we are to where we want to be

For me as the seasons change I always take this time to reflect on where I am today

where I used to be

where I want to go 

and just how far I have come

So I invite you today my Gangsta's to celebrate your wins, choose to see your flaws but love yourself anyway, be unapologetically you in every way, and open the door to the possibility that you are exactly where you should be at this very moment for a reason.

This is your season and you deserve  to be Happy.

Take 10 minutes this evening and write down exactly what you are grateful for, send love to 3 people who have been unkind to you, and set your intention to release the old, let the dead leaves fall, so the new can grow in it's place.

You are a beautiful branch on the Tree of life, you were brought here for a reason, you need only plant a seed, water it, send love and watch it grow.
